My name is Robert van den Boom and my company name is Robert van den Boom Bouwadvies. I have a background in architecture, engineering and project management and have been working at leisure projects since 1998.
At Robert van den Boom Bouwadvies we work at design development. We turn project briefs into complete building documents. We are used to turn broad, woolly, fantastic artist impressions into specific, measurable, acceptable, realistic and time-bound projects. With those building documents you’ll get maximum quality for your budget. And still the end-result will look (and feel) like the projectbrief.
Creating building documents has the advantage that the entire project is clear before the start of the execution phase. The theming is tailored to the building and its facilities. Contractors and suppliers know what to build and the client will know what they’ll be getting. Good coordinated building documents also mean lower prices and less risk of delay.
Every project in the Leisure Business is the unique. Therefore we need to be flexible. And assume different roles. In your team we can be;

Common denominator is that we coordinate the various disciplines. We do this by being smart, connecting people, letting specialists excel. By saying; “Yes, that is possible… if we do it that way!”
We can also provide the various disciplines that are needed for the designing and engineering of your project; architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, site coordinators, 3D surveying of existing properties. Robert van den Boom will be your coordinating spokesman.
